Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't work most of the time (QR codes won't appear for your tickets won't appear). Save yourself some space and use the tickets sent by email. Even better, save some money and buy the Roma pass directly and book your vatican stuff separately, you'll have a better experience than with this garbage of a pass.

This is possibly the worst app and experience I've ever had. Booked the tickets online for 338 euros for the family. No confirmation email, half the app info shows an error and there is no way I can see to use the tickets. Vox app doesn't recognise the qr code. It's a complete mess, avoid!

This app is totally broken. I have tried to create reservation with Omnia card, and after adding a personal info, I'm not able to select any choice.
