Can't do anything. Moved money in, but can't move money out. Won't swap internally between wallets either. I've been trying for months now. Very basic app with no real features. Does not function properly. No customer support

Transaction times out when trying to create a Solano wallet. I want oxy to soar and want to invest but this wallet I feel is a scam. Was able to swap ETH to OXY using Coinbase wallet. Transfered my OXY coins to the OXY WALLET. But I cannot transfer them out nor swap them for USDC. They are just sitting there useless and I cannot do anything with them. I tried to transfer them back and received an error code. DO NOT USE this wallet until their issues are resolved!

I was able to send some SOL to the wallet and then exchange for usdc, but now unable to send the usdc to an external wallet. I've also been able to exchange back to SOL from usdc but cannot send SOL to an external wallet address. I reached out to support over 1 week ago and have not heard anything back. I have also DM on Twitter and crickers.
