I got a new phone and I'm setting up the app. I cannot set biometric login. I allow my username to be saved, which it isn't really, I checked the box that says I agree to the terms and conditions, click continue and am consistently brought back to the same page to click I agree and continue. Logging in I have to enter my username because it isn't saved and my password and a security code for anything I might want to do. Very annoying. Please fix this.

We're sorry you're having this issue. To verify your biometrics settings, log in and choose 'Settings' from the menu, select the 'Settings' tab and then 'Personal Devices.' Select your device and verify this feature is enabled. Please send a message from the Help Desk in the app and a representative will be able to better assist you.

UPDATED This version is much better even though stars don't reflect it. Two suggestions: 1. This one may be getting worked on... the credit card details should be within the app. It doesn't feel as cohesive when the app sends you to your web browser for that info. 2. Can Android users get a proper port. The look, feel, and functionality scream iOS. For instance, using the back gesture (on moto G6) doesn't do anything and it should have the same result as the tiny back arrow i. the app.

I used to love this app, but now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Up until about 3 months ago, this app was perfect. I loved it. Quick, good usability, easy navigation, plenty of instruction. Now, load times are outrageous, the screens, when they do finally load, sometimes duplicate instead of sending you to the next step (as in a transfer), and it's over all just a clunky app.
