It's payed apps. I don't have a problem to pay if it is a fair service, but this one is created to rip you off. Once you download it you have to sign for monthly subcription (no other options) and it's very unclear how to cancel it. Was sure that I mannaged to cancel it, but today they charged me again for 8eu for the second month. Used it only for 3 days while staying in Beijing (worked not good at all - sometimes tried to connect for 10 times or even more). BE AWARE!!!

works well. sometimes you have to connect anf disconnect and reconnect. it does not work 1st time some times. but its OK. the Europe servers are overloaded or something, its difficult to get descent connection through EU servers.

Good app but terrible customer service. Servers regularly going down with 0 notifications on their website to explain. If you do contact customer service their response is "use a different server" like thats a fair response, take my money provide half the service you pay for and expect you take it. No offer to credit your account for lost days. Better off payinf extra 2 dollars for expressvpn. F these guys
