Ratings and reviews

The last update renders the app nearly useless. While the previous version allowed a user to access or enter my information, this version ONLY allows use of the "record data or speak to your care team" feature, which has yet to understand anything I ask about, even though it acknowledges the words I use. For example, my doctor ordered labs and I was not informed on where that request was sent. If I had accessed the app after the update, I would have no idea where to go until my next appointment.

it works but can't get the app on my phone. Just used it the first time tonight. so I can't give more

Does not login. The website logs in but has major issues besides looking like it's designed by a child. This is nothing in compared to other medical apps. Definitely uninstalling. DO BETTER!!!
