About this game

Build a robot and immerse your kids in STEM learning! The Cat in the Hat Invents engages your preschooler in engineering and problem solving. Play STEM games and join Nick, Sally and the Cat in the Hat as they explore the world of science, working through obstacles as they overcome various engineering challenges.

Nick designed a robot which your child can customize as her very own. Kids can use stickers and patterns they find as they play through each level. They can also pick their robot’s emotion - cheerful, silly, grumpy, or sad – and watch how their robot responds.

The Cat in the Hat Invents helps your child learn STEM by playing interactive engineering games with the following features:

- Engineering tools in each level that help your kids learn to build, explore and problem solve.
- Robot voice command - kids talk and encourage their robot to continue to move towards the goal.
- Cat in the Hat button – Everyone needs a little help sometimes. Press the Cat in the Hat button for hints to help your preschooler learn more about science and engineering in a fun way.

PreK STEM games are fun when you explore four new worlds with your robot:

Machinea-ma-Zoo: Pulleys and levers galore let you learn STEM and more! Play with these simple machines and interact with your robot to help him move through each obstacle.

Odds-n-Endsville: Learn how various material properties work. How do soft and hard materials react? Find out as you explore, test and solve problems to help your robot to the finish line.

Windnasium: Discover the strength of wind power with your Robot. Construct and experiment new ways to use wind to move your robot through the game.

Coldsnap Island: Learn how ice is nice for STEM learning. In this wintery game, your child will learn quickly with her robot that things move differently on ice. Find out how to move your robot through the icy obstacles as you design new ways to engineer machines in a different environment.

My 5 y/o loves this game. The challenges are easy enough for her to figure out while also being very forgiving if she gets stuck by giving constructive hints without completely giving away the answer. She loves that she can talk to her robot as well as customize it.

This apps sound is terrible. It is so choppy you can not understand what you are supposed to do. I tried force quit and also uninstalled and reinstalled, no luck.

Thought this was going to be horrible, I was proven wrong once again from Sony, the graphics are so good the Xbox Series X can't even handle it because of how powerful it is, the writing? Somehow even better than Knack 2. In conclusion good game, good job Nintendo you really outdid yourself
