I have played chess since the day I was (like the rest of the world) captivated by Bobby Fischer's run to World Championship versus Boris Spassky and the (then) hated Russians. For all the intervening years, the best I can muster is a (maybe) 1200 ELO. The only way to improve for me is to study the game, learn the nuances and most importantly study and play games. This app is an excellent and free start into this type of study and my heartfelt thanks to the developers for giving me this chance to improve!
I think this app is amazing and it's been a very good sparring partner helping me better my game. I just like to know if there's a way to save a setup position that you can go later to analyze. I don't know if the app as already this feature if it does I apologize for my ignorance and would like to know how to do it. If not then I think it would be a great asset. Keep on with the amazing work you've been doing and thank you very much for this product.
Love the gameplay, but the interface is extremely unintuitive. Took me forever to find the menu to play the computer instead of myself (would have expected to find it by tapping on the name at the upper right). SUGGESTION: Allow us to "Force computer move" by tapping on the right arrow while it's thinking.
Sharps our brian and let's us to know what our move result on . I challenge you that the next best chess player will surely be playing this
This is a benchmark that few programmers ever achieve. Outstanding work, well done. Even after 2 or 3 years of use this app is still unequaled.
Very strong chess app ever found... For more. I suggest something. 1)Please make button little bit center to avoid touching new option but on left side. 2) play all option will be very nice to watch pgn file one by one. 3) Chess opening list to learn openings..
