To use the Pioneer Appalachia FCU app, you must be enrolled as a Pioneer Appalachia FCU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

I was forced to change passwords, then have a verification code sent to my phone by text. The issue is the code never shows up. Ever. No matter how often I make the attempt. I do not want to install a verification application, so I am locked out of using the Pioneer app. Junk coding.

I like how easy it is to transfer between checking and savings. Being able to easily distinguish between pending and completed transactions helps a lot too. It's pretty cool that you can name your accounts whatever you want. I haven't had any problems with the app :)

Good app. The security of entering pw to make payments is good and bad. Good for security but bad since I use biometric. Wish it also would use biometric so I don't have to keep resetting my pw month! I like look. No issues with balance. Just I believe you have to subtract pending debts.
