Great idea but App Sucks The database doesn't match with any of my products and when I try to Add a product to database it shows Error 503, service unavailable. Don't spoil the concept, if u need support with the app get help from some developers
Great app - please fix Ireland region? Great idea. I managed to submit a product fairly easily. Could you please update "Ire" to "Ireland" in your region list though. Every other country is listed with its full name and it's not immediately obvious that Ire is Ireland as it's not an abbreviation that is normally used. It's also very unclear what the red/white switch means. I'm guessing red means that it contains micro beads? Yes/No would make a lot more sense.
Help None of my products were in the data base and i need a better description of how to identify if my products do or don't contain these plastics....
Needs more products included None of the four household products we tested came back with any info. Colgate toothpaste, cetaphil lotion, shampoo and face wash all showed that they could not be found. We really like the Idea and will leave it installed for the hopes that eventually there will be more items added to the database.
Great idea that needs fine tuning I'd help add products but I had to send an email just to figure out what the red/white switch means. Bigger database needed and I think people who d/l this would help do that...just needs to make more sense.
Fatal defect I think the reason there are so few products is because when you try to add a product which way do I flip the switch to say it has microbes? Red or white? It should be yes or no. This is so frustrating to see. One terrible design mistake kills the app.
This app shows a list of plastic recycling symbols. It has information as to what temperatures are safe, what the plastics are commonly used for, and the estrogenic action effects and estrogenic potential for each category.
I have wanted to do this app for a long time.
When I was doing research for this app, I learned a lot about estrogen and plastics, and I'll likely produce another app to discuss the interaction in the near future.
