Bad UX Extremely rudimentary. Breaks all the rules for ease of use. Iimpossible to get back to settings or offers from order menus. If you back out or update your pickup location, it clears your cart. Final straw, when I added a card, it immediately submitted my order without warning! I was setting up an order to enter as soon as I was released for a short lunch break so I could pick it up without a wait, but I wasn't ready to submit. 2 stars only because you *can* actually place an order.

The ordering prices is fine. There is an issue with curbside pickup. When arriving, the app asks you to press "I'm here" and then asks you to call the store. The number that appears is for the corporate restaurant support line (704) xxx-xxxx. This number has been incorrect for months, rendering curbside pickup non functional.

26FEB2024MON UPDATE TO PREVIOUS(1) Wanted to order some chicken supremes for breakfast, but no search feature for said item. I'm done. Uninstalled. **" (1)Useless error message when signing up. Bye Can't upload a screenshot to prove my point why do they do this most apps at least Google does allows you to post a picture of said in this case useless error message chix head clucking and a yellow triangle with an exclamation point is not quite helping somebody sign up
