Not Convenient! I think using technology is usually supposed to be more convenient than not. However, this would not be the case with the Bojangles app. Their windows are covered in specials; if you use the app you do NOT get those specials. Also, to make matters even more inconvenient, you drive up to the drive-thru and tell them you have a mobile order, and they say, "You have to come in for that. We don't do mobile orders in the drive-thru!" What? Wow, talk about inconvenient!

After registering, entering other data, ordering, and entering credit card info, I could not submit my order. The submit button did nothing and provided no feedback as to why. That's worse than a fail because you waste a lot of time before failing. Also, whenever you add an item to your order, it plays a 3 second animation which TOTALLY WASTES YOUR TIME. I don't know what they're trying to accomplish with that. Oddly, I could not find a way to order individual BoRounds.

Long overdue and a great start but still needs a little work. Any free offers should show up under offers, not messages, and getting to messages from the main screen is difficult, not intuitive. I had to hunt around a bit and eventually just clicked on the profile button and the options came up for messages. then, even when I added the free offer, it did not show up in the cart, it wasn't clear that I had to first order the chicken sandwich then apply the free offer for this to work.
