Won't communicate with vehicle Phone connects to the Bluetooth signal from the device, but Torque won't connect and gives error "Can't connect to ECU. Is ignition turned on?" Trying a different app to make sure the device isn't defective.
Can't give max stars as developer will not answer questions about how the app differs if I upgrade to the paid version. Works well with my S4, but not with my dad's S2. Lots of information provided, but no way really of interpreting it, except via a spreadsheet.
Just Installed I'm new to this and just tried it a few minutes ago. Fairly impressed with the program and functions. Since I am evaluating programs to purchase, one huge factor in all of us buying a program is response to user reviews. This one is severely lacking that, earning a 3* but could rise as time passes. I will look for the difference between the free and paid versions other than diesel versus gasoline.
Good Stats and engine code!! This helped me out by showing me my car check engine error code! It also let me clear the fault so I can see if it comes back again. Gauges showed some great info too! One issue I had was using this app for one BT OBD2 module and then trying to switch to a different module - I paired the new BT module with my android and set Torque for new BT module but I couldn't get Torque to communicate with it until I uninstalled Torque and reinstalled it.
Works perfectly Kept having codes come up on my car. Plug the Bluetooth reader into my car paired it up with my phone and bam! All the obd II codes came right up with a description of each code. Work perfect in clearing the codes also.
Good app The automatic protocol system is a bit sloppy at times but hell it works 98% of the time, great app I recommended it to everyone I've made at least a few hundred bucks on this app alone.
Look for the pro version, it has many more features than the lite!
* Fix dials not loading correctly in a fresh installation
* Fix a couple of android connection issues with a particular clone OBD adapter
* Fix scrolling/etc in hi-res devices
