Best out there... As far as functionally, I've tested them all, this is the best. It takes only a quick min to master and the long press and Swype feature is brilliant. on my preview tiles there is an overlayed message that says ”preview not available” even though the preview of each program is present behind the text. make the notification bar accessible in tile preview mode, voice integration and options for preview tile display would be my only requests. Well done, team, well done. Peace.
Great app for galaxy tab Compared to visual switcher, this is much better. It's fast and it looks better. I reall ylike the swipe up to close feature, but its a little "slow". I have to press and hold then flick. If flick closing was a bit faster (like web os!) it would be the best!!! 5 stars anyway its great :D
No more on Android 4 This works excelently on my old Android 2.2 phone. It's fast and I really loved being able to close out of the apps. Unfortunately, in addition to not being able to see thumbnails of the apps, any attempt to switch to one force-closes the app on my S3... I'll miss this app!
Works well but may cause Force Close in some apps Perfect Task Switcher does what it claims well, in fact one of the nicest looking task switchers around. I found that it causes Androidify to force close on start though; force closing PTS or uninstalling it can get Androidify to work again. Not sure if it have similar effects on other apps.
ALMOST Perfect Very pretty, makes for a great user experience. Works perfectly with Home 2 Shortcut with minimal configuration. I have only one quelm and that isbthe inability to ignore hide apps from the switcher, having my homescreen present is pointless for me, given that I'm using another app. An hidden apps option would be nice. Very pretty and very intuitive.
Simple and useful little software.... ... that makes jumping among tasks a breeze. I found switching between my email, document editor, and S-Memo super easy. PTS is just amazing at how it handles things too. It is graphically eye pleasing and I totally dig the ''flick the app outside the view to kill a task feature". The only quibble on my Galaxy Note is I can't get the "double-press Home button" to bring up my homescreen launcher of choice, even after clearing the voice assistant software that comes associated by default on this phone. Its either me or my phone. Not sure if I want to take this out on the developer. Hence five.
