This app is perfect. It's very easy to use, does exactly what you need it to do, and best of all, it's free. BUT, where is 21 Day Fix Extreme? It's been out for ages, I'd like to track my workouts. No other app compares to the ease of St. Yin's!
Great App for majority of of programs Continues to be my go to app for tracking my program based workouts. The layout is easy to use. Was great to receive a near instant reply to an email regarding adding 22 mins hard Corps and it being added in the latest update. If their was a way to track the weights/bands/Max Out times etc it would be perfect. Keep.up the good work
Simple to use, but lots of schedules are incorrect. Also, it's not good for schedules with two workout options for a particular day (can't track which one you did).
I have used this program for several years and it's a really great program, I would like to see more hybrid workouts or if it would allow you to build your own hybrid schedule, just like workout scheduler, though its not as easy to use like St. Yin's. I hope they will consider what I have suggested.
It would be so much better if it had customizable rotations, I do ballet beautiful and a similar set of workout programs, nothing like that is on the app, unfortunately.
This program is great, only problem is on 22 hard corps, the abs workout are around 9 minutes not 22.
