Old website (Blue Ox) no longer takes login. New website won't take login. Old app won't take login. Bank tells me to download the new app and reenroll. The only place available to reenroll seems to be a scrolling banner in the app that does not work. No links or help pages on the website. This is on top of my account still not showing on TransUnion or Equifax. I am not happy with my first half year with this CU, and right now, I look forward to refinancing with Advia.

Haven't been able to access the app the last few days. Keep getting a message that says an error as occurred.

I'm now getting a $5 fee for getting a paper statement. I work for the Postal Service. You are ACTIVELY pressuring people to rob money from me. I PERSONALLY know it doesn't cost you anywhere NEAR that much to send out paper statements. I was forced to use this app because these people bought my credit union. As soon as I finish paying my loans, I'm switching to someone else.
