such a bad experience with the app and web booking i had. I already sent 30 minutes trying to book and then the app tells me booking failed. I do not understand how developed such a bad app experience for some of the premium theaters in dubai. such a shame.

This app is terrible. It frustrates me so much, I have actually started to drive to Mall of Emirates to go to Vox, because it actually works. I have reloaded , updated etc, and there is always an issue. Roxy, I suggest you get some real web and/or App people to relook your app.

I can't post this with out giving atleat one star, but if you are going to launch an app atleat make sure it works or even atleat if it opens. Roxy management, you will gain more customer loyalty if you have your digital platform working correctly, for example VOX app that work perfectly fine.
