Ratings and reviews

The audio guide is decent if you can get to it and get it downloaded. If you're having trouble, try closing and restarting the app. Stay near the entrance, there's decent free wifi, plus the audio tour starts outside the church. Why the audio guide is a separate download, and why you need the ticket number to even access it, it beyond me. Who would want to listen to an audio guide if they aren't literally walking through the space being described? Really unpleasant initial user experience.

There is definitely something misconfigured with the payment provider. What worked for me: Try the payment with "remember card" enabled. When it fails the first time, try it again with the same information. With this the payment worked for me. I never have such problems when paying with my card on travel/online/ wherever. Hopefully they fix this one day, very unnecessary and frustrating problem for such a big landmark.

After trying with two different travel rewards visas, calling the banks, trying both the app and the website, turning off wifi, enabling 2 step verification, and jumping up and down on one foot while rubbing my stomach, the payment finally went through with American Express of all things.
