Ratings and reviews

The audio guide is decent if you can get to it and get it downloaded. If you're having trouble, try closing and restarting the app. Stay near the entrance, there's decent free wifi, plus the audio tour starts outside the church. Why the audio guide is a separate download, and why you need the ticket number to even access it, it beyond me. Who would want to listen to an audio guide if they aren't literally walking through the space being described? Really unpleasant initial user experience.

Wouldn't work, displayed an error message every time I tried to reserve tickets. That went on for 3 days. Eventually went there in person, but there's no ticket office. Just signs saying you had to use the app to buy tickets. Well, at least it was nice from the outside. Hope I have a chance to return to Barcelona some day.

would not let me download the audio tour. I had to provide 3 separate identifiers to show I paid. They could verify with name or email address only. Too high level of security for something that would not be valuable unless you were inside, which meant you had paid.
