About this app

Convert and fix non-unicode music id3 tags to unicode.
You can select the encoding and songs, preview them automatically, then convert all in one tap.

You can select between safe mode or speed mode.
In safe mode, all files modified will have backup automatically, so you can recover it if something goes wrong.
In speed mode, this app will rewrite your music files without backup and checking, and is recommended for adept users.

Only found a few songs after a full sxan. No option for search for a specific song. Option to convert, but conveet to what and why? Just need information on the ID3 errors

The only application which converts tags from different formats to Unicode. However the interface is terrible and there is no option to specify folders to scan.

Don't try to change tags of music files on an external sd card under android 5. Write permission is needed for that (which the app doesn't ask you for) and so the operation fails (which the app doesn't tell you). The absence of error messages and a help section can frustrate users. But given the right conditions and after an initial learning curve, it's a breeze.
