Mofix allows to track your income and expense. All data are saved into Excel (xslx) files, that can be reached from any of your devices.
You are also able to use this application for you existing home Excel accounting.
The main idea behind this application to give an ability of quick fixation of your incoming and expense in your mobile device. All graphics and reports are created in Excel on desktop computers or similar.
Additionally you can:
- Read and parse SMS from your bank and add it to xlsx.
- Perform Dropbox, Google Drive synchronization.
All changes are stored on the device in sd card/mofix/mofix.xlsx file.

How to use:
a) Save transactions:
1. Select date (default is current date)
2. Enter category . Examples are Salary, Fuel, Food etc. Category once added will be saved and you may auto-select same later.
3. For savings enter the amount in "Income" field. Enter amount in "Expense" field for cash outflow.
4. Enter description (optional).
5. Click on "Save" button.
b) Search/Edit :
1. Click the search button on the top right (magnifying glass icon). This will take you to search page which lists current day's transaction by default.
2. Enter category and dates as required for the search and click on search icon again.
3. Each record has an edit button in the right-end (Pencil icon). Click on it to edit any details previously entered.
Note : The transactions are hard saved in phone memory / memory card under "Easy Transaction" folder. You may take back-up of this file in case of formatting etc. and copy it back to same location.

5. You can add income or expense by click on “add transaction” button at the bottom of your screen
6. Upon adding the expense you can select the date, else the default date will be selected
7. Similarly for income, you can add income to both "cash in hand" and "bank", weather the source is just a transaction from your own "cash in hand" to "bank" and vice versa, or some other source (viz., money borrowed, etc)
8. On the home page we have a “view transaction” button which provides you clear summary of income and expenditure occurred date wise

Generally users get a SMS/Text for the transaction and those SMSes are lost or become unmanageable over the time. When user receive such SMS, this app makes an entry to your expense book. Even when user delete the SMSes the details are with user for all transactions. This is semi automatic application which needs users to make entry of their transactions. The greater flexibility here is to add details to each transactions and then derive reports based on those details.

HOW IT WORKS
1. [Automatic] Shows blinking message when new SMS from your bank is received.
2. [User Action] User taps on the blinking icon, and it opens the 'Add New transaction' screen
3. [Automatic] Account numbers, bank name, are auto filled. Application tries to pick the correct amount and type of transaction i.e. debit/credit.
4. [User Action] User verifies with a glance and modifies if required. Then user taps on 'Add Transaction'.
All transactions are saved with relevant information i.e. bank name, account number, type. This application helps user to track other expenses which we do in cash as well. For this user can go to application and add manual transaction as well. This makes it complete package to track your all kind of expenses.
