the app is extremely slow. the majority of the time using this app in the hospital to see test results, it boots me out, takes minutes before it does that. so it's almost pointless for that. reading msgs sent from Dr's, forget it, unless you have 10 minutes to keep trying. yes, my phone is compatible with this app and is about 6mo old. so thats not it. oh yeah, I forgot. the msg after waiting forever- a server error has occurred. plz try again later. over an hr, still can't see results!

Serves its purpose. Makes it easy to manage appointments, prescriptions, access records, scheduling and more. Makes things simple.

It doesn't list all the doctors, nor does it let me make an appointment or even an appointment request for doctors I actually need to see. The contact us email form doesn't work so I can't even ask other questions. And after hours makes things even more difficult even though I know I won't get an answer, but need to send something because I know I'll forget during actual hours. I hate that this app is being pushed So hard, yet does very little. Yes, seeing test results is nice, but...
