The Sanford Health App is a convenient way to manage your health information in one place. The app includes integrated access to My Sanford Chart, and a variety of solutions which are free to use and available 24/7.

*Access to your medical records requires you to have a My Sanford Chart account.

Ratings and reviews

Sanford mychart sets the bar for medical account information, lab results, messages from , appointment reminders. I also can do telehealth visits. Unfortunately, I'm not able to do much of those things with other apps. That mychart also keeps track of lab work trends, alerts me if I had an abnormal lab as well as educates me what that particular test could mean. I use the app constantly and think it is an outstanding tool to better manage my health.

Why can't I get my chart on my laptop to work? It won't do anything when I try to install it on my laptop, made a new account login and was on the phone with a wonderful tech and it will not ket me pit it on my laptop!!!! It asks if I want to insall it on other devices, I vlick on that green highlighted box and ut tell me there are no eligible devuces to add it too! My wife has it installed on both of her devices! What gives why won't it work for me??!!! It only lists my cell phone name

Love this app. I literally haven't missed any appointments or tests since they started this.
