Can't do remote deposits anymore I have a Galaxy Note 4 and I cannot do remote deposits anymore. I don't know if it occurred to you to do any testing before you screwed with the old version but you guys messed this up. I think it's time to move my accounts over to a different bank. This isn't the same credit union I started with 30 years ago. Customer service mattered then.
hasn't worked since they "upgraded". Ardent means passionate, zealous - hopefully their IT team will be passionately exuberant and fix this ASAP! otherwise the APP is useless.

All is well with the update to Ardent I let the update install 9-7-16. Everything is working fine.
I hate that i have to give this 1 star This is a terrible app. The old SB1 app was great, tgis angers me to no end. I have 2 phones, one i own, another for work. One is a samsung galaxy 6, the other a 7. The app doesnt work on either. First, it doesnt interface with the camera. Either the camera image is black, or it says 'cannon connect to camera.' I constantly have to restart my phone. Sometimes it gets into a loop where no matter what i do in the app it logs me out. I can restart, it doesnt matter. This app is horrendous. Fix it please
