App is sluggish and seems to be dragging sometimes. I know my phone isn't the problem. On the current update, my remote deposits don't go in correctly. So now this is the second week in a row I have to wait until wednesday for my money if I deposited it on friday.

Can't do remote deposits anymore I have a Galaxy Note 4 and I cannot do remote deposits anymore. I don't know if it occurred to you to do any testing before you screwed with the old version but you guys messed this up. I think it's time to move my accounts over to a different bank. This isn't the same credit union I started with 30 years ago. Customer service mattered then.
hasn't worked since they "upgraded". Ardent means passionate, zealous - hopefully their IT team will be passionately exuberant and fix this ASAP! otherwise the APP is useless.
