Ratings and reviews

This app does not represent the actual situation. It will send a "baggage on belt" message x minutes after landing, if in reality the plane is still waiting to get connected to the gate due to technical issues. This makes the app useless if something unexpected happens and this is exactly where an app like this should be beneficial.

Flight is delayed by 1.5 hours but app still shows scheduled time and 'expected boarding 1 hour ago '. No use really. Doesn't coincide with the screens in the airport.

Useless information when Schiphol says the queues are 'normal', why not give the time in hours? Is normal the new normal, last years' normal, today's normal, this month's normal? Why bother saying this?
