About this app

The “Tlingit Language” app helps to build skills in the language. This app contains hundreds of entries in more than 20 different categories all with accompanying audio for vocabulary and phrases. Quiz yourself by category and beat your previous quiz scores. The app also contains isolated alphabet sounds as an introduction to basic pronunciation and the writing system.

The app is designed as an introduction to the Tlingit language and is a supplementary tool for teachers and learners. Audio for the vocabulary and phrases is provided by a variety of fluent speakers.

The language app has a lot of good features. You have the alphabet. You have sentences. You have the spelling of each words. The best part is is that it has an audio version of each word so that way you can listen to How It's pronounced. I recommend this app to anybody wanting to learn Tlingit. I also recommend it if you have a learning disability to this would be a good app.

How can I get a update for the index. The app is not updating the data base and has been this way for a while now. I get about 30 words and phrases in the index and phrase sections. Exaggerated the low number but it seems slim pickings on words to learn. I counted the number of words and I have 68 words to learn, "I get the error" message unable to update please try again later"

Excellent.thanks to all of our elders who took the time and love 4 our ppl to help our grandchildren, parents, and all who would have loved to beable to communicate with Our grandparents and parents, our elders, children, were able to many generations ago. We now have the opportunity to learn our language, our g-children can learn fast n with such ease it simply amazed me. I am proud to say mine an many other g-mas ❤ that our Tlinght words,our ways of life,well continue through our bloodlines.
