App keeps give me an error and can't find my information. The sign in won't let me use biometrics anymore and it takes you to a different page to log in anyways. Super weird and frustrating. I can still look up doctors and facilities, but that's about it. 12/28/23 Edit: App won't even let me sign in now. Goes straight to an error and I can't even look up doctors anymore. They said in a week from my initial review they would have an update to the app. Looks like Tuesday was for the worse.

I'm a new member of Select Health, so I naturally installed the app. When it works, the app is quite useful. The problem is, it works sporadically at best. I'm often confronted with an "information not found" error, or a perpetual loading screen. If these bugs were fixed, I would give it a higher rating.

Terrible app. Looking for a provider/doctor, it will now show any information on their education or how long they have been practicing. Doesn't provide any history. Not recommended.
