Ratings and reviews

It's a convoluted app. Hitting the back button will take out out of the app completely, and each time you open it, the app fully reloads. The interface is not very user friendly. Frequent choices aren't saved. I use it to reload my Septa Key, and that interface is also confusing. I use the app because this is the only option for what I need. If there were another even slightly better option, I'd switch without looking back.

Completely inaccurate schedules and "live" data. Updates often but completely unreliable when depending on transportation. Also, this suggestion is something the app engineers can fix: create an option when looking at the route to filter only northbound or only southbound busses. Seeing a static icon on a route that's not actively moving south or north is extremely confusing on which route the bus is on. Feel free to reach out. That alone would make the app way better.

This is my go to rather than trusting Google maps. Sometimes buses still don't show that it said would but rarely. I rely on the ability to save routes between specific locations and name them, extremely useful, Next to arrive is the best I don't love that it forgets to display my key card though I'm logged in and I've added it within the app before. It also refreshes every time you leave the app, I navigate away when I'm plugging in a route and I forget my beginning stop.
