Empowered medication tracking, built on the partnership between a person and a caregiver.

In Unity - Meds helps you keep track of the medications you take as needed and keeps your caregiver in the loop. Log each dose in seconds, note how you are feeling with an optional 1 to 10 pain rating, and build a clear history you can look back on.

When you are ready, share that history with your doctor, or export it as a PDF or a spreadsheet. Add a caregiver and they can follow along, and with your permission log doses or pull a report on your behalf. You decide what they can see and do.

What you can do:
- Log as-needed doses with the time, the amount, and an optional pain rating and note
- See your history and your patterns over the last days and weeks
- Share reports with your provider by email, PDF, or CSV
- Connect a caregiver with permissions you control
- Track your own medications, support someone else, or both
