Easier than the 311 website but still finicky Now that I've figured out how to move the red pin, I can use this app. What works for me is to press and hold the red pin until it jumps a half-inch north of my fingertip. Then keep holding and one can drag the pin, even though it always stays a half-inch north of my finger. Also, I wish the button under the map was labeled "Next" instead of "Report a Problem" (because it doesn't, yet). And, I wish the button with the stylized lens to take a picture simply said "Take a picture", and I wish the "Save" button was labeled "Submit". And I wish that half the time I got as far as tapping Save I didn't get an error "Can't communicate with 311 server" (311 or Sprint issue?). Fix these, and I'll give it a 5. But despite all that, using the app is still easier than waiting until I get home and using the multiple forms and fields to report a streetlight on the 311 website. I have a Sprint Galaxy S5 with OS 4.4.4. Android App Info says I have v2.1.424.19.35 and it was updated last week. Google Play says the current version is 2.4, and the app's About screen says it is version 1.0. Confusing.
Still not working When I open app, it shows a pin in my location with a label "Drag and drop red pin and click on Report a Problem button...". When I try to move the pin, whole map moves, cannot move pin. Pin is in right location anyway, but when I click on the button, it says I need to set location. Therefore, whole app is useless. Nexus 5 on Android 4.4.4.
Great way to report issues Yay thanks for fixing the issue with the map. Love using this when out delivering pizza
