To include my birthday, I would have to hit the back arrow 720 times! Also, even though I've been going to St Lukes for 8 years with the same insurance, it's not listed in the app. Waist of time.
Great idea if you have Pa insurance. Not so much if you have NJ insurance.
Entering your date of birth is very time consuming. And if you are adding children you have to add it again. Fix the format!
Birthday is nearly impossible to set
Never could finish setting up I know I am 70 no need to make me get back there month by month. Never did finish great idea lousy set up.
Why does this app ask for your birthdate, then starts on January 2 2016? I'm not going to sit there and scroll back month by month for over 57 years just to enter a date. Fix this or I will uninstall.
We continue to improve the patient experience with these new features:
• Patients can now find the type of care or provider they may need more efficiently and quickly.
• Patients can now navigate available services by category and subcategory, filter views of services that offer on demand visits or scheduled appointments, and search for specific providers and/or services.
• Patients can immediately and seamlessly be transferred to another provider, if a follow-up visit is necessary.
