the app is fine, but it makes you log in with biometrics and yet it still needs to send a code to your phone for a second step. I would think a health care organization would understand the biometrics are mine only. it's just an unnecessary step. also, even though I insure my whole family the app only let's me see my bills. frustrating!

ever since you changed the my chart app, it has been hell to deal with!! it's always something with it!! as the old saying goes, (why fix something that ain't broke!)

Navigation can be daunting. Tasks to delete messages may or may not happen. I make it work for what I need. I wish it would allow me to leave a follow up message for some items.
