There are options given on the app that the office doesn't know about or honor. trying to make an appointment online is impossible. it always ends up with a problem I do like the chat option and my doctor is very responsive. but for as helpful as the app could be, it's more of a pain. 3 Stars because I can see all my info in one place. it would have been less if based only on how much run around I get from using the app.

the system crashes sending messages. it doe not save message as you go it so you need to start over. it happens so often I write in Word and copy and paste into App. It took 3 tries to send my last 2 messages. when ordering meds it goes all the way through. then if you do not receive confirmation. you need to do it all again. Last med order took 5 days to get in. Login screen is not user friendly. click login. then login with biometrics then use fingerprint. default to last option

Probably the most useless app, impossible to book appointments with either a specialist or even the PCP, options are always "call the office", which defeats the purpose of having an app. Can't even request refills. Check in process is awful, as it has a major lag, and by the time you are at your appointment, it's easier to just check in at the front desk. Overall, the only good thing about this app is the fact that it keeps your visits.
