Ratings and reviews

3 out of 10 there is an issue of some sort. Twice I have just went to the bank itself just to save time making a deposit, or I would have to call to make transfers. The app used to work pretty good up until the countless "Updates". Do not change what worked just to "say" that people are updating something. A wheel is round, no need to update it. It works.

App is still in poor condition. Should really be a beta version. Extremely slow, last big update just made it about 2-3 times slower. Takes minutes it's seems just to bring up the login screen. Wifi 5g doesn't matter it's extremely slow. At this point the website is alot more user friendly than the app. Constantly going out for "maintainence".

This app became a complete joke. When it first released, I was pretty pleased by how intuitive the app was. After the latest update, it takes forever to load before I'm able to type in my credentials to the login page unless I connect to wifi. Even transferring cash takes just as long. I tried different banking apps to ensure it wasn't my network and each one worked flawlessly. I started logging in ssfcu on the browser in case I'm in a rush. It's slow too but not as much as the app.
