Pretty unhappy with the new design of the app. It is very clunky, tries to be nicely animated but is just annoying. Making transfers is confusing. Please keep it simple....
How can't I enter my mb banking?? This green update is full of confusion , asking all what red logo never did.!! Last night It was Ok this morning no way I could enter my acc. Called service they helped, only again same problem. Horrible, inconvenience, frustration...Hate it. After 20 y with you and now this...?! Sad!!
Functional. Pretty average. Does what any good basic banking client should. Though it really needs a better notification system built in, the current SMS system (25c each on some accounts!) is archaic, when there are better, free and easy to use notification systems built into operating systems API's. Quick balance gauges are cute, but need an option to invert min/max for credit cards... And it's a little annoying having to full authenticate every time you want to change it's appearance, should really just use the pin.
Counter-intuitive Not an improvement on the original, does not follow instructional design principles at all, and is therefore painful to use. In stalled again 3 months later on 17/9/2015 still hopeless.
Samsung note 5 Excellent app very easy to use and read for people with eye sight problems highly recommend it
Good feature set Can be slow and buggy at times. Needs NFC payments. Crashes when trying to set a date for future payments.
