Pretty unhappy with the new design of the app. It is very clunky, tries to be nicely animated but is just annoying. Making transfers is confusing. Please keep it simple....
How can't I enter my mb banking?? This green update is full of confusion , asking all what red logo never did.!! Last night It was Ok this morning no way I could enter my acc. Called service they helped, only again same problem. Horrible, inconvenience, frustration...Hate it. After 20 y with you and now this...?! Sad!!
Good feature set Can be slow and buggy at times. Needs NFC payments.
Worst banking app Was told in an email that on the 29th we would be able to access our global currency cards via the app, where is it?? Every other bank has it and can transfer between accounts been with St George my whole life when I get home from my holiday I'm opening a commonwealth account. I'm officially done with St George worst bank in Australia!!
Big move backwards This has to be the worst mobile banking app around. Doesn't pick up on screen touches, not simple to use. Refuse to use it. Will wait till I am in front of a PC to do my banking. Needs A BIG overhaul!!!
