Login Issues For the last couple of weeks I haven't been able to get in. It says my password is wrong & I'm locked out. However, I can get in fine using the browser. Frustrating...
Updates are terrible App was great. With every new update over the past several weeks it gets less stable. Today, can't even log in at all! Please FIX!
Incompetent developers Mandatory 2 factor verification, ok, I can get it, but no ability to remember the device? Seriously? SunMobile: Messing up industry standard featured since 2010.
To many log in issues While i love the credit union itself. I do not care for this app. It works for a bout a week, then it goes down again for about 3 or 4 days. Then back up and running.. Those days i have to go the the actual website to check my deposits & balances..which can be a headache..You all have to do better about this glitch!!!.
Worse update in my life Before o can log in the app has to send a security code through email, text, etc before you can log in. Sometimes you get it, sometimes you don't, other times you just have to wait 15 minutes for it! Changing banks cause of this app
Won't log in It's been weeks since I have been able to log in and check my ballance. A message pops up to try later and an administrator has been notified. My mother has the exact same phone as I and her app works just fine no problems. This is frustrating because I used this app to pay my loan payment. I have cleared the catch uninstalled and re-installed and nothing seams to fix the problem.
