They fixed it but once again I have to uninstall and install in order for it to work. Is it me or others are having trouble too? Like the app which is easy to use, with the exception of about 2-3 months when I had to uninstall and install in order to make it work. This problem was reported and now it takes some time (not alot) to download but you just have to have patience. For all I know it could be my wifi at home. 4 stars because there is always room for improvement.

What bank charges you fees for being poor? I don't have the $500 MINIMUM they want monthly so I'm charged a $5 fee for spending my own money. That's $60 yearly! I could use that to pay my tv subscriptions. I encourage everyone reading this to close their accounts with this bank. There are others with $0 fees like Ally & the interest is good too. I've had zero issues since I've switched. I've had many issues w/ Sun Community & the customerservice is always really rude/unhelpful. Goodbye forever!

It's really been sucking in the last month or 2 when trying to log in Biometrically or with password. I had to Uninstaller it for now. I will try and re install later on. If it doesn't work as normal as it should, I'm closing my account with scfcu all together. I bank and rely 95% on the app.
