About this app

Note: This app replaces the existing MyChart app for Sutter patients. If you previously accessed My Health Online via the MyChart app, please discontinue use of the MyChart app and download this new, Sutter-specific app.

Use your My Health Online account at Sutter Health to manage your health information and send messages to your doctor and care team from your mobile device.

With Sutter Health’s My Health Online mobile app, you can:

- Message your doctor and care team
- Review test results
- Request prescription refills
- Schedule and manage your appointments
- Book same-day video visits
- View and pay your bill
- View your immunization history, medications and health reminders
- Access your family’s health information through proxy access

Love this app! UI has everything at my fingertips, menu is well thought out, for ease of use. Being able to see test results easily and making sense of them, gives this app top marks. Scheduling visits, whether in-person or video, could not get easier. If you're with Sutter, this app is a must have.

The most frustrating shortage of this app is lack of capability to contact my former provider for asking questions. It deletes former providers from the list and does not allow to return them back to the list. Also the phone service doesn't work good. It happens that the caller waits on the phone line unreasonable amount of time (sometimes over one hour) and the line disconnects before the answer.

App is pretty good for the most part. Can't navigate around within it though. Example if there is more than one test result to look at can only look at one then have to log out and back in to look at anything else. Very annoying. Should be able to navigate around within your info, messages, results, etc
