Vanuatu has been a part of the expanding Seasonal Work Program, sending workers to New Zealand (RSE program) and Australia (SWP and PALM Scheme) for several years now.
This app is written in Vanuatu Bislama and is designed for use by individual workers (or by a team leader or sending agent) to provide a framework for thinking and discussion around the important issues encountered in a typical seasonal work program in a foreign land.
It includes positive pro-active suggestions towards health and well-being, as well as discussion around some of the factors that can easily 'trip up' seasonal workers if they fail to strategically plan to use their opportunity wisely and fruitfully.
Bislama is the language of wider communication in Vanuatu.
