Autogenen Trainings nicht vorenthalten.
Innovatives Autogenes Training (IAT) ist eine moderne und sehr einfach zu erlernende Kurzform des Autogenen Trainings nach Schulz.
IAT basiert auf der wissenschaftlichen Grundlage des Autogenen Trainings nach Professor Schulz. Die bekannte Buchautorin, Pädagogin und Therapeutin Else Müller hat dieses klassische Verfahren über Jahre hinweg erfolgreich weiterentwickelt.
So kam eine überzeugende, frische und phantasievolle Entspannungsmethode ohne Leistungsdruck und mit viel Freiraum für eigene Bilder zu Stande.
Am Ende der Übung Schwere, Wärme und Ruhe des IAT werden die Basisformeln des bekannten Autogenen Trainings nach Schulz als Verstärker angefügt.

2. Then, set your workout preferences. You have control over the number of rounds, the round length, your rest period length, and whether or not you want to perform burnouts at the end of each round or not! When you're ready, click Begin Round 1.
3. Your virtual coach calls out instructions. You then do exactly what he tells you to do. You can work out on a heavy bag or just shadow boxing if you like - the workout remains effective!
4. If you are performing a burnout, you're instructed to continuously punch as fast as you can until your burnout is over.
5. When the round ends, take a short break and recover. Your virtual coach will tell you when to start again.

during PE therapy to process the traumatic experience and reduce anxiety and fear.
The app will guide you through the exercises assigned by your therapist and allows you to track and
record your progress in treatment. In addition, the app provides you with techniques such as controlled
breathing that will help you tolerate and decrease your distress. PE Coach will help you remember and
