Love the breath coach Wish i knew her name haha. I love this app..been doing breathing exercises for a couple months now...so relaxing...can definatley slow your HR down..only thing abt this app is sometimes when you choose different relaxing pictures the music goes away...but otherwise...im in love with this app!..soo love to breathe...favorite thing to do at night.
I LOVE IT, it's changed my life for the better. Surprising!!! I didn't expect this to dramatically change my life, but it did. I used it the other night after I'd gotten in bed. That night I slept GREAT... instead of waking up 6 to 8 times that felt like 20, I woke up twice. When I got up I felt soooo rested that even though I've never been able to stick with a breathing app before, I am now addicted to it and I've slept beautifully almost a week now... seriously.... may not change your life... dramatically improved my vitality and mood. Now I'm also using it when I feel I need to calm down and it's not easy... this makes it a lot easier. If I knew I was going to have to sleep somewhere without this app now, that would stress me out. Big time. If you need to rest better, this is a must have. If I still had kids in my home, I'd use this for a time out. Everyone would be happier for it.
Good for anxiety ... Practicing deep breathing with this app has noticeably affected my anxiety levels and improved my coping skills. The metronome is a great visual to focus on and you can easily disable audio prompts, which I had noticed some complaints about in previous reviews ... a little buggy (resets session when you pause or turn your phone), a little wonky (only records stress / relaxation levels once a day so the data is kind of insubstantial), but these are minor issues and I'll definitely continue using it.
Very good one 4 stars. Had I given 5 (which I would like to) it would not motivate the developer of this wonderful app to improve on it further. I recommend this app to everyone as a way to LEARN to start relaxing. Keep making it better :-)
Wonderful I just started deep breathing to become more mindful of my mind and body. I will use this every night before bed and every day after lunch at work to get a restart for the rest of the day.
Causes More Stress This app has a voice repeatedly telling you to "relax" NOT RELAXING, also it insists upon obnoxious music in the background, NOT RELAXING. I am more stressed then when u started. Don't waste your time
