Absolutely love this app. Works perfectly. Wish you could insert your own music track. Update: Was great, now nothing works right. Screen times out even though set not to, background won't stay set, cycles skip... Very disappointed now. Please fix. Update 6/9/16: Everything FINALLY seems to be working again. This is a daily part of my life. Thank you!
Great app if you have a nicer phone I like the application very much, but the "prevent screen timeout" function does not work. My screen times out and the breathing exercises stop functioning until i swipe the screen or pick up the phone again. Also, portions of the body scan screen is hidden with no way to scroll down to see the rest. I love the voice and visuals and custom breathing settings.
This simple app works very well indeed This is my favorite go-to app to immediately relieve stress. It is very simple and amazingly effective. For a lasting effect, use it 2-3 times a day, I would suggest. I am under serious stress for health reasons, and this immediately helps me assert control.
Everything is going to be FABU-FRIKINTABULOUS If the person who is in control of any corner of this world, they need to get the rats up from out of their diets, and let the oxygen and light from the one and Only Creator, be their guidance through the process of life. Happiness is the result of the outlook one has of the world, and hate is the demon most likely to have the harbores by religion, racism, sexism, and all other reasons fools need to be the one I know won't make it to see the here after.
Finally updated I am not sure when the app was updated, but I tried it again after several months and it looks like they finally fixed the issues of the prevent screen time out not working and not having your chosen preferences stick (music, backgrounds, inhalation/exhale times etc). I can finally update my 1 star rating back to 4 for right now. 7/8
Helpful calming add I like using this app when I feel a bit anxious, helps calm things down. Would be nice for option for pauses between the inhale / exhale cycles
