Breathe2Relax is a portable stress management tool which provides detailed information on the effects of stress on the body and instructions and practice exercises to help users learn the stress management skill called diaphragmatic breathing.Breathing exercises have been documented to decrease the body’s ‘fight-or-flight’ (stress) response, and help with mood stabilization, anger control, and anxiety management. Breathe2Relax can be used as a stand-alone stress reduction tool, or can be used in tandem with clinical care directed by a healthcare worker.

I would give the application a rating of 4 out of 5. I gave the app the rating because I felt from my interaction with the application, the application was very easy to use and navigate. The app has a lot of links to helpful resources that could help anyone especially teenagers irrespective of their level of education or familiarity with technology. For example, the app has voice-guided directions as well as videos and other visuals that would help anyone navigate the system.

Folks. You know this best. We cannot enter PINs or passwords when a panic attack starts. This app used to help. I have the background music and imagery set. I have the breathing help set. I now have to guess at my PIN or password when trying to access the app, which believe me is not during a good time. You actually think you're dying slowly and can't help anyone else around you. I'm dropping to 2 stars. Come on software devs. Do a better job at design.

I can't even start an account because the app start-up screen has the Save button over the space where I would enter the answer for the second security question. So it's literally useless. Turning the screen doesn't help either because it doesn't change directions! Absolutely ridiculous.
