Absolutely love this app. Works perfectly. Wish you could insert your own music track. Update: Was great, now nothing works right. Screen times out even though set not to, background won't stay set, cycles skip... Very disappointed now. Please fix. Update 6/9/16: Everything FINALLY seems to be working again. This is a daily part of my life. Thank you!
Great app if you have a nicer phone I like the application very much, but the "prevent screen timeout" function does not work. My screen times out and the breathing exercises stop functioning until i swipe the screen or pick up the phone again. Also, portions of the body scan screen is hidden with no way to scroll down to see the rest. I love the voice and visuals and custom breathing settings.
logical & uncomplicated (enjoy 'tech' anatomy video & illustration graphics) makes this tool about me - useful and so much appreciated. also comprehensive - data log enables tracking progress and trends, very useful. missed hold/pause phases between inhale/exhale sequences - those would be welcome improvement (ref 'Tactical Breather' app version?). thanks
This simple app works very well indeed This is my favorite go-to app to immediately relieve stress. It is very simple and amazingly effective. For a lasting effect, use it 2-3 times a day, I would suggest. I am under serious stress for health reasons, and this immediately helps me assert control.
Great stress reducer This is a very great app for breathing and reducing stress it helps me and for all the features including guided help I love it. The screen timeout feature will not work right and the phone locks in the middle sessions.
I like the app for sure but there are a couple things I'd like to see fixed. Having the ability to choose your own music is one. Being able to choose a longer session so I don't have to keep restarting it. Prevent screen timeout does not work. My most critical comment is for the end of the session. The soothing voice is good throughout but when it's time to bring you back, the volume jumps up and throws off the whole vibe. So again I start over. Please fix it so maybe it gradually comes up or is the same volume as the breathing track. On a side note, I could get into Sleep Sounds- Empower your mind as one of the music tracks.
