We are edible – Mundraub is the largest platform for discovering and utilizing edible landscapes. Mundraub raises awareness of regionality and seasonality and aims to motivate you to experience and utilize your surroundings from a culinary perspective. The Mundraub app provides mobile access to the Mundraub platform. On the Mundraub map, you can find locations with fruit trees, berry bushes, nuts, and herbs, or map them yourself. The Mundraub concept thrives on enabling people like you to easily discover edible nature in both urban and rural areas.

We have organized numerous harvest events and orchard plantings, pruning workshops, and juice productions in both urban and rural settings, as well as leading tours through edible cities. We make the knowledge we have gathered available to you in informational materials, guides, harvest calendars, and handbooks. We want our cities and landscapes to become tangible, edible places of discovery. Therefore, it is important to us to strengthen regional stakeholders who are committed to the use and growth of the edible landscape. This includes cider producers who can create a profile on the Mundraub map, dedicated municipalities with a focus on urban orchard culture, and orchard wardens who maintain and secure traditional orchards for the future.
