Now all the things that DON'T work on the app DON'T work on the website!! This definitely needs to be fixed! For the most part, I can't access any pages from the menu! I get notifications and text messages that lead to the website and not the app. I basically have no access to my medical records nor history! What is going on? At first it was just the app but now the website is doing the EXACT same thing! Its beyond frustrating! I have lab results I've been waiting for but I have 0 access to them

This is literally the worst app.. everything I click says error. There's no after visit summary report or anything. Please get a different app to use for your medical system or put more funding into this to build a better system. It's so awful I'm actually considering going to a different doctor's office because that's how important a functioning patient portal is. Awful.

The app rarely works correctly. Signing in often gives an error message, clicking on the inbox for messages from the doctor say Page 404, not found, just to name a few of the issues with this app.
