Ratings and reviews

This app is useless. I installed it 2 weeks ago and went through the account creation and verification process. Then the add payment process, which took a bit of time as the app needed a few minutes to verify this. Those few minutes lasted a while, OVER TWO WEEKS!!! and no further forward. So I'm deleting this app and looking forward to using a better one.

Can't cash out on this app, have invested a large amount. This must be some sort of scam. They take all the fees, yet can't cash the crypto. I did a search on Google and it seems many have the same issue. Returned to my wallet after login into customer services, to find my crypto assets gone. That is £15k of assets, they are still registered in the history of being paid for. I have screenshots of this crypto and prices.

This is the worst wallet ever! Use metamask rather. Coinbase made a huge f up with this wallet. Some of the issues are logging out automatically and some issue that keeps asking for your password but then tells you it's wrong when you enter it! You have to reupload your private keys for it to work again. This happens almost daily! They also do not have a tab view option so the wallet closes as soon as you confirm a transaction or click away from the pop up extension. No more space to write more.
