incredibly disappointed with this program, my wife signed our kids up a month or so ago, it is our first time trying to utilize something like this, and the communication is absolutely pathetic, there was no email, no phone call, nothing communicated at all about how the pick up process is suppose to work, so here we are on Christmas morning, thank God we had family help us get some gifts for our kids, certainly will not try this again or recommend it to anyone, truly pathetic and upsetting

I was very disappointed with Toys for Tots. The Club that I work at was supposed to get a donation box . We went to pick it up and nobody was there. There's no name on the building. My boss called several times and left messages and never got a call back. She even emailed the higher ups and nothing back from them either. It's very Sad
