The way This app is advertised is misleading. This is not a "shortened version" of the book. It's an excerpt. It leaves out crucial information, like how parents can help their child (which is why anyone would even buy the app on the first place). Without the book, this app doesn't do me any good. I wish I had just bought the book instead of this app.
It would be nice to know tips on how to help my baby during a leap before the actual leap starts. My baby seems to be entering her first leap a few days earlier than the app suggests but I have to wait until 4 1/2 weeks to know more about her leap. For $1.99, I should be able to read ahead.
This app is good as a guide to how your baby is developing for its age. However when it says your child is in a leap I think it's a pile of pants because every leap according to this app my child should be fussy when in fact she has been happy throughout and slept well
I think the app would be great but only if you've read the book. Unfortunately I haven't read it myself so I find all the lingo a bit difficult to understand. I wish I had known it's better to have read the book before I purchased the app.
Every parent needs this app! I was super skeptical when I was told about it but it is spot on and really helps prepare me for my son's leaps. Thank you so much!
I don't really think this is worth any money... The only thing that can be useful from this is the stormy days calendar that is tailored to your baby based on due date. The information they provide about your baby can be just found by googling.
