Resilience is already in each and every one of us. However, it needs to be fed regularly, especially during turbulent times. The application was implemented by UNICEF Ukraine together with the All-Ukrainian mental health program "How are you?" on the initiative of Olena Zelenska and psychologist Svitlana Roiz.
