This app is very helpful, and I highly recommend it. After reading previous reviews I wasn't quite sure it was a good fit for my 11 year old son. I'm not experienced with technology and didn't think I could program it. I made it his responsibility to sync it with my phone and set up programs. He had no problems and was very excited to start monitoring his activity. We love this product and feel good about helping kids while keeping fit. I was a little concerned about the quality of the band and expected it to be broken or torn within the first couple of days. It has been 2 weeks and he has used it everyday, all day long. Swimming, running and just jumping around. We love this product and think it's a great idea!!

After the first sync the app keeps saying host error and I can't view or do any updates. My son is really working hard to earn points! Hope uninstalling and reinstalling helps!

Every time I try to look at anything, it says "please wait" and it never goes away. I have to exit the app and try again, but most times it still says "please wait". Also, I wish it would sync with Samsung health

I love this app because I've had so much fun doing all the goals. Its so amazing to see how many steps I walk even if I'm in the house. I love seeing how many steps I take. I would recommend this app to many other people!☺😁

Thanks for the 5 stars! The Bands are water resistant, so good in the rain or when washing hands. The Band is not waterproof and may not function after extensive exposure to water for long periods of time, like when swimming or showering.
