Excellent Excellent App
Nice but not without its own issues It does not allow me to create a playlist so that my videos play continuously. One must manually select and play a video when the previous one if finished. That's really uninteresting. I wl give 5stars when fixed
Expected better from a seasoned multiplayer group Known for being THE video player for PC, when I finally saw VLC for android I jumped on it. However a serious issue of lipflap exists. Meaning the audio and video don't match up together and I was unable to fix it in the settings. Also I experienced the commonly mentioned brightness issue reported in the reviews but considering the lipflap issue, that's minor. I won't be deleting, but waiting for the fix. VLC will become the leading android video player, but not with it's first release that's for sure.
Playing album is not intuitive When I select an album, it immediately starts playing the album from the beginning. I want it to show me the songs on the album and let me select which one I want to play. There is no easy way to see the list of songs on the album. You have to hold down the song that is playing and then the songs appear as a playlist. This is not easy to do while driving.
