Tried a previous version and could never reliably place or receive calls. So I deleted it. Co workers said that it had improved some, so I tried again. This app is awful. Connected via full strength Wi-Fi and still could not reliably receive our place calls.
Great in Theory Constantly getting "message failed... cannot connect to server" kind of destroys the utility of the app & service. IF it was reliable, it would be awesome. Taking my "work phone" with me in my personal cell is fantastic. But the messaging system is HORRIBLE.
Just upgraded and now all my deleted IMs came back. Selected them and deleted. App crashed. Same story. Buggy, buggy, and buggy. App is really useless for me and I'm the one that's supposed to be promoting and supporting this for our enterprise.
Using pixel phone. Haven't ran into a single issue. So far so good. Happy with the service
It is still too buggy and finicky of an app
Every update seems to break something new. While I can receive and make calls I cannot see call list. I see caller ID when call are incoming most of the time however my last call in the call log is from August 17. Same with Voicemail. It is not a great app if you are relying on consistency and being out of the office.
